Thanks for visiting this site. I am developing it to provide as much information as I can on how to make your Mage journey an easy and successful one.
I will not require any fee or personal information from anyone who visits this site. I only ask that if you feel the information has been a benefit to you that you pass it on to others or let them know about the site itself. I do ask that if you are in the market for one of the items I have listed on the side bar that you give me a chance to provide you the link to the service or product. Also if you do not mind I would appreciate a link back to this site from one of your sites.
I would greatly appreciate it and it would definitely help me in the cost of producing this information. Again let me say that I enjoy doing the research, creating the information, and making the videos.
If you have any ideas of a video or information that others might enjoy please let me know. I will see what I can do.
Thanks for your time and I hope you have all the success you and your family deserves.

Hi Mike,
I just found your site this morning 01.19.10
Great to see someone trying to help the very new affiliates too!
I’ve been trying to learn all I can for the last year (dec. 09)Was laid off). I found gregs program back in nov. and so far have about 26 sites up thus far.
one note… your link to phpZon takes me to phpBay..
I didn’t even know what phpBay/phpZon was till I just looked at your links. they look like good tools.
I’ll be viewing all your videos soon… don’t stop, your on a role my friend!!!

Thanks Mark,
The phpZon link goes to the phpPro page due to the fact that the program comes from the same vendor. Once on their page you can find the software by clicking their products link.
Hope you enjoy the site.
Mike,
That’s me… duh…
I had a thought tho… how about a very detailed (in plain english)about a start from scratch(with no clue)ground up, approach to getting a website ready for EPN… you know.. a page by page thing. I would think you’d be a household name by the end of that one! lol

Hi Mike…
I was just using the word wizard, and I still don’t know how to use the extra new features (the proxy thing). any help/tutorials on that one?
Thanks,
Mark
Hi Mike…
I watched your great Cpmage install video…
Is it still necessary to copy and install/upload the separate “send.php” file from the “cpmage public html” folder to the sacrifice domain root directory?
Mark
No the newest version of CPMage does it for you.
Thanks
kewl…
Hi Mike,
A little info regarding WTG and generating posts.
As the site only had approx. 1400 post I decided to delete them and install 4000 + I removed them OK but trying to generate even 100 post was nigh impossible and it took more than 1/2 hour.
Eventually Liquidweb said, “I did find a single Mod Security rule that was triggered today, and have
whitelisted it”
This did not help, I then deactivated WTG and everything was OK.
Liquidweb answered with this:
I agree, it looks like removing that plugin has fixed the issue.
Can you tell me if that plugin logs information about each visit to the
website? If this is the case, then this would be the cause for the problem
most definitely. When trying to log information about each website visit to a
database, the server is doing double the work, as most if not all of that
information is already logged by the server in flat text files using the Linux
operating system or the WHM, causing double the work or more. Stop.
So I think trying to generate the posts with WTG activated triggered the “single Mod Security rule”
The bottom line is for me is not to generate posts with WTG activated.
I’m sure you’ll figure out more as to me most of this is gobbeldy-gook.
Trust it’s of some use.
Regards
John Riley
John you need to deactivate WTG when creating posts. I sent you a email.
Mike – great site, you have a number of supplementary informational vids that are already filling some gaps in my knowledge of CP Mage so far. One potentially silly question for you – are any of your vids applicable to the “Pimp Your Site” action? I’m having some trouble initiating this on my own so far. Thanks in advance for your answer.
Regards,
David
The basics are he same on pimping a site. You need to manually upload the three plugins and use standard mage practices on your site.
Hope this helps
Mike,
You are the best.. thanks for the direction, the videos and all of the experience that you are willing to share..
