Everybody knows that Google is the number one search engine in the world. You go to Google type in your keyword(s) and off you go into the world of web sites. And naturally you may get what you are looking for or you may not. Google tries to provide the best returns it can for your request.
So let us say that you are searching for information on repairing bicycles. You could type in bicycle repair and you probably get over 6 million sites with that set of keywords.
Now here is a research tip for you. When you do your search type in your keyword(s) followed by "filetype: ext" naturally with out the quotes. The ext is the file type you are looking for for example a PDF file you would put in pdf, for a Power Point file you would enter ppt, for a Word file you would enter doc and so on and so on.
So next time you are in Google looking for content try it out.
