Using the Repost Wizard

One of the newest features of Posting Mage is the incorporation of the Reposting Wizard. There are three aspects of the wizard.
-
Prepend Posts
-
Append Posts
-
Total Re-post
Prepending a post will ad information to the already published post at the top.
Appending a post will ad information to the already published post at the bottom.
Total Re-Post will totally republish the post with the format of the new template.
This is beneficial to anyone who has a site up and they want to ad eBay or and other vendor to their posts after they have been published.
In the video I will show the different aspects of each feature. To see the video just click on the play button. Please let me know what you think of the video and if there are any videos you would like to see.

Hi Mike,
Keep up the good work! I really appreciate what you and other dedicated Mages do for the whole community.
I have three questions on the ‘proper’ use of the REPOST wizard:
Assume that I have 500 posts already ‘posted’ to my site and another 2500 scheduled over the next two years. Also, assume that Google has indexed most of these ‘posted’ pages. Then, I select a new template in the REPOSTING Wizard and ‘append’ it to the bottom of these posts.
1. How does Google view this sudden influx of ‘new’ content on those SAME 500 posts – when it had seen no changes to the ‘original’ post content up until the date I REPOSTED? What shortfall will I experience with Google and other search engines? How would you do things different if this were your site?
2. Is there any way to ‘spread out’ the REPOST content ‘gradually’ using a plugin or coding, so that Google, etc. does not see a wack of new content all at once? Or, am I missing something in the way the REPOST wizard works?
Side Note: Obviously, my scenario would be far worse if one of my sites already had 2500 posted/indexed pages, and then ‘all of a sudden’ I introduced REPOST to that same site.
3. Does REPOSTING also ‘append’ content to ‘Scheduled’ posts, as well?
Thanks in advance,
Wayne
Wayne to answer your third question first Yes it appends to scheduled posts. Now for on and two. The repost wizard does not change the date on the post it keeps the original date I have not seen any issues with spiders. Hope this helps.
hey mike, how to control the irrelevant post on my website? I posted 10 post and in the next day it will be replaced by none relevant post. How do I fix it?
I hope you can help me..
Rusty
The only way to do it is have better keywords. Broad keywords will sometimes return post that have nothing to do with the subject.
After I have waited a few weeks to get indexed how do I add more keywords to add more posts to my websites. I am still a little unclear where to input the extra keywords.
Thank you
Use Posting Mage to generate your posts. If you are unsure how to do it PM me
Hi Mike,
You are the best. Greg should hire you in the support area. Your site and directions are wonderful. Thank you for taking the time to put this together….and not charge us for it. When I purchase phpbaypro and phpzon, I will definitely get it thru your site here.
Betty, Thank you for your comments. I really appreciate it. If there is anything I can do to help let me know
great video but you access the site through cPanel what if you have installed cpMage can you still use the repost wizard? and if you can is it through cpmage or cpanel? thanks, marc.
You can use the repost wizard any way. All you need to do is get to your site dashboard and go to settings>posting mage and select the repost wizard
Hello Mike,
I created a new template and reposted it on my new site but dates of all posts are all the same in one day.
Do we have to fill in the Select Post Start Date & Select Post End Date in Posting Mage Wizard before adding Templates List & Reposting? Or the dates that I entered when I built the site were sufficient?
Thanks for your help.
Maria
Hi Mike,
Where is the right contact detail to reach you, from mage forum or here?
I sent you an email from”Contact” in this site some time ago and have not heard from you, or maybe you are too busy?
Would like to hear from you.
Sue
Sue I sent you another email. You can contact me from either place. I guess my dog must have eaten the email I sent.
Mike
Hi Mike,
Thanks for the awesome info, that’s exactly what I need as a newbie. I have gone throught some of them which are related to my current level, they certainly answered some of my questions.
I followed your step to try the posting wizard, there is not product return for CJ, the the Amazon products diaplay is the same in every post, which could be more setting up related then just repost wizard, would you mind I email you to explain it more details?
Thanks and kind regards,
Sue
Go ahead and send the me the email
